Please note: From 1st March 2025, there will be a small administration fee applied to each insurance claim. This is due to the significant increase in  workload required to process these forms and liaising with the insurance companies. 


  • Normal Claims: £20.00/claim
  • Direct Claims: £45.00/claim - only with prior authorisation.


Members of the Pet Health Club will not have to pay these administration fees as they are included in the benefits.

* Excess - is an amount set by your insurance policy that you have to contribute towards the balance owed.  This can vary depending on company and individual policy.  It is usually per condition and per policy year.  This means that if you make several claims for the same condition within a policy-year, then you should only have to pay the excess ONCE.

** Co-Payment - is generally a personal percentage contribution to the outstanding amount (after the excess has been deducted) that will not be covered by the insurance company.  This amount may vary depending on the type of policy and age of the pet.
