How do I claim?
Nowadays, the process for starting a claim can vary between different companies. Before you submit your request to us to make a claim on your behalf, please check which process your insurance companies requires.
Generally there are three methods that a claim can be started.
Claim Form
You will need to visit your insurance company's website and download a claim form.
This will then need to be completed and attached to our submission form.
Via Insurance Company Website
You need to visit your insurance company's website and start the claim process yourself. We will then receive a notification asking for us to submit the clam and send associated documentation.
You do not need to fill in our submission form.
Practice Portal
We start the claim for you via our practice portal.
You don't need a claim form but you do still need to fill in our submission form so we have all the correct information to make the claim .
