We are able to offer limited consultations and triage via video call now.

Video Consultations & Triage

We will shortly be connecting you to the online vet/nurse at our surgery.  Reception should have already given you your appointment time.

We will call you when we are ready and to let you know the CONSULTING ROOM that you will be entering.  Scroll down this page to the room entry buttons.

We use a platform called Whereby.  If you can't download the app, don't worry - it should work in a regular browser as well.

Tips for a good video consult...

  • Please make sure that you have allowed camera and microphone access on your device.
  • Try and find a suitably lit room, and avoid standing near a bright window or door.
  • On some phones, try to be familiar with how to change the camera view.  It can be really useful to use the normal camera on the back of the phone, so you can point it at the pet and see the image on the screen at the same time!
  • It is useful to have someone else there to hold the animal/area of interest whilst you direct the camera appropriately.
  • Make sure the pet is in the house... (seriously, this has happened to us!)
When we are ready we will call you and let you know which room you are to enter.  Please click on the link below from either your smart phone, tablet or PC  and then click JOIN ROOM.  You may be asked to "knock on door" in which case click this too.
