ONLINE CONSULTATIONS
If you are unable to come to our surgery - we are now able to offer an online consultation from the
comfort of your own home!
How does it work?
Choose the date and time for your appointment. Our Online Consults are
15 minutes long and only cost £16
Speak face-to-face with an experienced RCVS registered vet, wherever you are.
If you need to come in and see us - we will even refund the £16 cost off your consultation fee
at our surgery.
When should I use the Online Vets?
It's simple. Not all pet-related queries warrant a visit to the vets. Sometimes you just need someone to cast their eye over your pet in their natural habitat.

You want advice about your pets ongoing or chronic condition.
You want a second opinion about your pet's health.
Your pet is anxious coming to the surgery.
Online Vets cannot prescribe medication or provide private prescriptions. In an emergency, you should always contact us
or your nearest out-of-hours care provider.
