    1. These T&Cs apply to the "Dental Comfort" offer (the "Promotion").


    2. The Promotion entitles clients to receive certain pre-selected dental hygiene treatments (see clauses 6 –8) in respect of their eligible dogs and cats (see clause 5) for a reduced price of £329. Further details 

    concerning eligibility and the pre-selected treatments which are subject to the Promotion are provided below.


    3. The Promotion is available at participating vet practices only.


    4. This Promotion begins on 24/09/2025 at midnight and runs for 6 weeks, ending on 04/11/2025 at  midnight (the “Promotion Period”).


    5. This Promotion only applies to dogs and cats over the age of 1 year old, who are healthy enough to undergo general anaesthetic and dental treatment as determined by the vet at their sole discretion.


    6. The pre-selected dental treatments subject to this Promotion include: 

    • visual assessment (an examination of your pet's mouth, teeth, and gums to identify any dental issues); and 
    • dental cleaning (scale and polish) under general anaesthetic. 

    7. This Promotion excludes:

    • any dispensed medication; and
    • further recommended dental treatment including extractions.

    8. This Promotion also excludes the investigation and treatment of: 

    • any unexpected complications that occur during the planned treatment; and 
    • any pre-existing diseases or health-conditions (including any which have a negative interaction with anaesthesia).

    Such treatment, if deemed to be reasonably required by the vet, will be charged at an additional cost. 


    9. The Promotion is open to clients registered with a participating practice. Eligibility is not dependent on 

    any minimum registration period with a participating practice.


    10. Some elements of the pre-selected treatments may be carried out by a veterinarian nurse, under the 

    supervision of a vet.


    11. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Pet Health Club member discount.


    12. Price for pre-selected dental treatments listed above for cat and dog WAS £405 from 14/07/2025 to 23/09/2025. Price for pre-selected dental treatments listed above for cat and dog NOW is £329 FROM 24/09/2025 to 04/11/2025.


    13. In order to qualify for this promotion, relevant dental appointments must be booked within the Promotion Period and such appointments must take place within one month of the Promotion Period end 

    date. Appointments scheduled to take place after 30 November 2025 will not benefit from the Promotion. 


    14. To redeem the Promotion, you must call the practice directly or book at reception. The Promotion is subject to appointment availability.


    15. We reserve the right to withdraw, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion without notice where we are legally obliged to do so or where events beyond our control occur. We may also withdraw, terminate, 

    modify, or suspend the Promotion at will, subject to giving reasonable notice. We accept no liability for any losses, whether financial or otherwise, that may result from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of 

    the Promotion, where we have complied with these terms and conditions.
